Warm Hearth Village is excited to welcome two new team members to the Philanthropy Department.
Dominique Harder joins us as Philanthropy Associate, with a focus on data management. Originally from Asheville, North Carolina, Dominique studied art and writing in Anderson, South Carolina, before relocating to Blacksburg in 2025. Her creative background and attention to detail make her a wonderful addition to the team. Outside of work, Dominique enjoys a variety of creative pursuits and spending time with her pets.
We also welcome Chelsea Keating, our new Associate Director of Community Engagement. Chelsea brings a diverse professional background spanning hospitality, human resources, recruitment, and community outreach. A native of Clover Hollow in Giles County, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from Longwood University, with a focus on non-fiction editing and gender studies. Chelsea is passionate about building meaningful relationships and strengthening community partnerships. In her free time, she enjoys working on her koi pond, crafting, reading, and spoiling her cat.
