Types of Jobs at Warm Hearth

Nursing

Our nurses provide residents with medical care for a variety of needs. We are commonly looking to fill positions for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Licensed Professional Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN).

Home Health

Home Health employees provide personalized in-home care and companionship for our Active, Independent, and Assisted Living communities. Home Health employees also provide care for seniors in our local communities who have not transitioned to living at Warm Hearth. We are commonly looking to fill positions for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Personal Care Aides (PCA) and companions.

Dining

We provide residents with numerous unique dining experiences across our campus that cater to our diverse communities. We commonly seek to fill dining positions for Dining Servers, Cooks, and Dishwashers.

Housekeeping

Our housekeeping employees help keep our residents’ living spaces clean and comfortable. We commonly are looking to fill positions for Housekeepers and Laundry Aides.

Our Life Enrichment employees provide activities and programs that help stimulate and improve our senior resident’s physical, mental, and creative abilities. We are commonly looking to fill positions for Life Enrichment Associates.

Maintenance

We take great pride in keeping our campus beautiful and accessible for every resident and visitor. Our maintenance employees provide maintenance in our outdoor areas, living facilities, activity facilities, and assistance with any upkeep needed across our campus. We are commonly looking to fill positions for Maintenance Technicians.

Fitness

We provide our senior residents with fulfilling active lifestyle opportunities at our on-campus Fitness Center and activities across campus. Our Fitness Center staff provides residents with personalized assistance and care to help them achieve their fitness goals. We are commonly looking to fill positions for Fitness Assistants.

Administrative

Our administrative employees provide current and prospective residents and families with information about living at Warm Hearth and more. Administrative employees also keep Warm Hearth running by helping with daily office tasks and duties. The most commonly open administrative positions are Administrative Assistant and Concierge.
