The Warm Hearth Foundation

A Culture of Philanthropy

We believe that aging with dignity is the right of all seniors. More than one-third of our independent living residents qualify for low-income subsidies under federal guidelines. The Warm Hearth Foundation employs its resources to educate and advocate on behalf of seniors who spend down their resources and need assistance with the cost of long-term care and related services. Many loyal donors contribute through a variety of programs to support these needs annually.

Helping Those In Need Today

Many seniors on our campus worked hard and saved for their future, but they now find themselves in need of life’s most basic necessities. The Foundation strives to educate our community about the challenges seniors on low, fixed incomes face that range from food insecurity to safe housing and access to health care.
