Five quaint neighborhoods nestled in the woods adjacent to the Virginia Tech farmland create the perfect retreat for retirement living. Our apartments provide a safe and inclusive environment for seniors age 62 and better in a warm and welcoming community. Three apartment buildings, located at the heart of our campus, offer various living accommodations surrounded by nature and casual outdoor spaces for gathering. Ready access to services and amenities throughout campus further enhance the living experience with transportation, life enrichment activities and connection to community resources. In addition, support from the Warm hearth Foundation and the greater community provide supplemental assistance in the form of food, personal care supplies, fresh produce, pet supplies and more. Trolinger and New River House features:
