Five quaint neighborhoods nestled in the woods adjacent to the Virginia Tech farmland create the perfect retreat for retirement living. Surrounded by good neighbors and nature, these single-level townhomes are right-sized for the active senior. Two bedrooms, two baths are standard and many feature dens, basements and screened or finished sunrooms. The plans have been modified as new were built over the years so that each neighborhood is unique and offers something more than those that came before.
Neighbors gather in the breezeway for socials or cookouts and the walking paths connect you to friends throughout the Village. Just steps away, you’ll find the Village Center and Karr Activity Center, where possibilities for entertainment, education and socializing are endless. The Huckleberry Trail can connect you to almost anything in Blacksburg or Christiansburg and our own wooded hiking trails are great for nature and disconnecting!
