The Warm Hearth Foundation is a 501 (c) 3 charitable organization that receives and administers funds in support of the work of Warm Hearth Village to advocate, innovate and care for seniors. Employees here dedicate themselves every day to making a meaningful impact in our community. Our work revolves around both strategic growth and advancement of the organization and providing for the basic and crucial needs of low-income seniors.
Supports our quest to advocate, innovate, and care for seniors. Unrestricted funds allow us to allocate funds where needed most for critical needs, ranging from transportation to benevolent care.
Supports residents who need financial assistance with the cost of healthcare services at Warm Hearth Village. These needs total $1.2 million annually.
Provides support to the CEO for strategic growth initiatives and employee leadership development.
Supports and nurtures employees through service awards, appreciation, recognition and retention efforts.
Promotes growth and advancement of employees through scholarships and provides emergency assistance.
Enriches the lives of residents by supporting innovative programming, from specific dementia initiatives to enrichment programs.
Provides necessities for seniors through a free pantry, including food, personal care supplies, and other essential items.
Encourages seniors to lead an active and engaged lifestyle. These funds support overall wellness initiatives.
Allows the organization to grow in accordance with strategic priorities and the vision of our founders.
