Living on Island Time
This year, Cheeseburger in Parrot-Dise returns with a fresh outdoor island-festival feel as we embrace Living on Island Time. Guests can look forward to crowd-favorite fresh margaritas, the local Best Burger in the ’Burgs Cheeseburger Throwdown, and new traditions that bring even more flavor and fun to this beloved 13-year summer tradition.

Guests can choose their favorite burger and help crown this year’s Cheeseburger Throwdown champion!
New features this year include Wybe’s Island Shop for souvenirs and Big Lick Ice Cream along with additional island-inspired experiences, live entertainment from The Panjammers, and surprises woven throughout the festival grounds. All proceeds benefit programs for seniors at Warm Hearth Village, a nonprofit community with a 50-year history in Blacksburg.
