I am a Blacksburg native, having worked in fitness for 20 years. I am a Certified Health Fitness Specialist by The American College of Sports Medicine and a Certified Aquatics Personal Trainer with The Aquatic Exercise Association of America.
I have a strong passion to teach you what I know about fitness and wellness! My goal is to help guide everyone towards a happy and healthy lifestyle. I value safety while developing the right program/tools to help everyone achieve their goals.

Through my years of experience, I have attended multiple workshops and seminars to keep up with current fitness science and trends. I work closely with other health professionals to meet your fitness/wellness needs.
My specialties include but not limited too; Stretching, pre/post replacements, spinal issues/concerns, acute and chronic disabilities, obesity, high blood pressure/cholesterol, nerve damage, osteoporosis, cognitive challenges, AND sport specific/lifestyle training..........all ages and all levels.

Kenny is a health advocate who has lived in Blacksburg since 1996. Kenny is an avid walker, hiker, and cyclist. Kenny has taught various classes in the Health and Human Performance (HHP) Department at Radford University since 2010. Kenny received his BS from Radford University, MS and Certificate in Gerontology from Virginia Tech. Kenny’s academic and professional training allows him to draw upon skills and knowledge in health education and fitness, to develop age appropriate solutions and workouts.
Aerial Poole is originally from Lexington, VA. She moved to Blacksburg in 2014 to attend Virginia Tech as a biology major. After two years at Tech Aerial left to complete combat medic training for the Army Reserves. During this seven month span she was at Fort Sill, Oklahoma and Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, Texas, and became a nationally certified EMT. She moved back to Blacksburg in March of this year and will begin nursing school at Radford University in the fall.
Alicia is originally from Virginia Beach, VA and is a personal trainer, small group training coach, and group exercise instructor. Alicia attended Virginia Tech for her Bachelor's and Master's in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise. Her passion for health and wellness was fueled when she, herself, got a personal trainer in high school who helped her lose over 60 pounds. From then on, Alicia has committed her life to helping others reach their goals. Experiencing the journey first hand, helps her bring a caring and unique perspective filled with heart when working with others.
In her spare time she loves to make healthy yet delicious food and enjoys being outdoors.
