Even though our Village is closed to visitors at this time, we are still here to help you - literally and virtually. As we continue to navigate this new normal, our commitment to you is to do whatever we can to support you, share our expertise and help those who need it most.
We are carefully monitoring all residents and employees, working in tandem with our local health department, adhering to all precautions and keeping our stakeholders informed. We remain steadfast in our commitment and confident in our ability to protect our Warm Hearth family. We applaud the diligent efforts of our employees who work tirelessly to protect our community from the virus.
We have been engaged in bi-weekly testing of employees in our long-term care facility since September 14th per Federal requirements. These requirements are tied to the COVID-19 rates in the greater community and designed to quickly identify any cases and control potential spread. In addition, across our campus, we persistently adhere to sanitization protocols and screening practices and the village essentially remains closed to outsiders.
